This project was a submission for the Lowell Milken Institute-Sandler Prize competition. My team of UCLA students and I put our hearts into Lotos, a startup looking to revolutionize healthcare. Lotos is a cloud-based software that provides necessary interoperability and patient relationship management functionalities to private healthcare providers. Able to be integrated to any existing Electronic Health Records system, Lotos gives patients and providers power over their health data in a secure, scalable, and intuitive environment.
While we did not proceed to the final round, we thoroughly enjoyed researching, working as a team, and dreaming up solutions for the issues in healthcare in the US today!
